Online HUD-Approved Homebuyer Education Courses
HomeTrek
InCharge offers a HUD-approved online homebuyer education course called HomeTrek. This online course covers budgeting for homeownership, understanding your credit score, improving your debt-to-income ratio and the home purchase process. This course is easy to use and navigate. A Certificate of Completion is provided at the end of the course.
Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling
At InCharge one of our certified housing counselors would be happy to assist you deciding and determining if purchasing a home is right for you. A counselor can review your budget and make recommendations for improvement, analyze your credit report to establish mortgage readiness and put you in contact with a skilled real estate professional and loan officer. Free Homebuyer Education Workshops
InCharge offers free monthly Homebuyer Education Workshops. We can help you understand the home buying process, determine how much home you can afford, learn what lenders are looking for, and discuss ways to manage the costs of home ownership.
Our workshops are held on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and we’re conveniently located in the Central Florida area at 5750 Major Blvd, Suite 300, Orlando, Florida 32819.
Our certificates can also be used towards the NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program) and First Time Homebuyer’s Down Payment assistance programs.

Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
InCharge offers foreclosure prevention counseling. Facing a foreclosure on your home can be very stressful. Not knowing what to do can make matters worse. InCharge provides assistance to borrowers by reviewing their individual situation and looking at possible short and long term options. We stay with the homeowner until a solution is reached.
