Director of Human Resources

Mirian’s passion for people is contagious. She thrives on making life at InCharge better for everyone with a focus on compassion and company culture. Outside of the office, Mirian is kept busy by her incredibly active family, following her son on a travel basketball team and her daughter’s love for Volleyball.

Seiji Shiraishi

Treasurer and Director of Finance & Accounting

Seiji enjoys using his finance and accounting skills, along with his strategic mind, to guide InCharge to achieving the dream of helping more people. Seiji has a great passion for music, and is active in the Orlando arts philanthropic community.

I dream of a day when every child can showcase their unique abilities on big stages all over the world.

Karen Carlson

VP of Education & Digital Marketing

Karen has dedicated her career to creating life-changing education, from television to websites. Karen believes that anyone can play the game of money and win and loves teaching the rules. Karen counts reading about history and gardening among her passions.

Sasan Nassab

Director of Quality & Compliance

Curiosity is Sasan’s driving force. With an engineer’s education and mind, he likes to figure out how things work and then how things can work better. Outside of work, Sasan loves to play soccer and spoil his daughter.

David Sanchez

Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Business Strategy

With a background in sales, client development and operations, David has traveled the world on behalf of the Walt Disney Company, managing teams from Orlando, Chicago, Hawaii, and Tokyo. Most recently, leading new client acquisition and client services with EBG. In between helping make client dreams come true at InCharge by developing top notch customer experiences, David enjoys cooking, the beach and good iced coffee.
