Loretta counts purpose and impact among her highest priorities at InCharge. She works hard to create a culture of integrity and accountability where team members feel seen and heard, and where they can be the best versions of themselves. Outside of the office, she loves attending concerts and spending time with her family and fur babies.

David Sanchez

Chief Operating Officer

With a background in sales, client development and operations, David has traveled the world on behalf of the Walt Disney Company, managing teams from Orlando, Chicago, Hawaii, and Tokyo. Most recently, leading new client acquisition and client services with Entertainment Benefits Group. In between helping make client dreams come true at InCharge by developing top notch customer experiences, David enjoys cooking, the beach and good iced coffee.

Kelley Clark Martin

VP of Operations & Technology Integration

Kelley Clark Martin is the Vice President of Operations and Technology Integration at InCharge, where they focus on using technology and data to make financial services more fair and accessible. With experience in both nonprofit financial services and SaaS, they bring a balance of mission and innovation to their work. Kelley recently completed an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights! Charge on!). Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and finding peace in nature.

Mirian Naccaratto

Chief People Officer

Mirian’s passion for people is contagious. She thrives on making life at InCharge better for everyone with a focus on compassion and company culture. Outside of the office, Mirian is kept busy by her incredibly active family, following her son on a travel basketball team and her daughter’s love for Volleyball.

Sasan Nassab

VP of Quality and Compliance

Curiosity is Sasan’s driving force. With an engineer’s education and mind, he likes to figure out how things work and then how things can work better. Outside of work, Sasan loves to play soccer and spoil his daughter.
