InCharge provides assistance to Florida borrowers by reviewing their individual situation and looking at possible short and long term options. We stay with the homeowner until a solution is reached.

- Household bills
- Monthly mortgage statement
- Two most recent paycheck stub
- Two most recent bank statement
- Hardship letter explaining the reason for the delinquency
InCharge offers free monthly Homebuyer Education Workshops in English and Spanish. We can help you understand the home buying process, determine how much home you can afford, learn what lenders are looking for, and discuss ways to manage the costs of home ownership.
Our workshops are held on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and we’re conveniently located in the Central Florida area at 5750 Major Blvd, Suite 175, Orlando, Florida 32819.
Our certificates can also be used towards the NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program) and First Time Homebuyer’s Down Payment assistance programs.
