Joan leads one of our Financial Wellness team and oversee the Bankruptcy and Housing teams, helping ensure clients receive the guidance, support, and education they need to achieve financial freedom and housing stability. As a supervisor, she coaches and develop team members while maintaining a high standard of care throughout the client journey.
