(Orlando, FL) — InCharge® Institute of America, Inc. (ICI) has been selected 14th
on the Orlando Sentinel’s “Top 100: Companies for Working Families” list for 2009.
The newspaper awards this honor each year “to recognize those companies and individuals
in the community that stand out from the rest,” according to its special print section
published on August 9, 2009.
“We are proud to be selected for the eighth year in a row, and to be ranked number
fourteen this time is particularly gratifying,” said Etta Money, president and CEO
of ICI. “As it says in the Orlando Sentinel’s announcement, this recognition ‘is
a chance for companies to tell the local community how they are providing for the
needs of their employees.’ We place a strong emphasis on making this a great place
to work so we all can focus on helping every consumer who comes to us find the right
solution to their debt problems. Congratulations to each and every employee, and
thank you for your dedication and support,” Ms. Money continued.
The Orlando Sentinel’s award cited organizations that work hard “finding balance
in family, life and work.” The article said, “For companies to stand out in the
crowd, they must go above and beyond providing standard health benefits. They must
be imaginative and inventive by offering solutions to make workers’ lives less hectic.”
