(Orlando, FL) - The lead story in the Sunday, August 31, 2009, “Business Section”
of The Washington Post profiled two InCharge Debt Solutions (IDS) clients struggling
with credit card debt and their search for a solution. Titled “Seniors Leaning on
Credit,” Staff Writer Nancy Trejos detailed the benefits these two Washington, D.C.,
residents gained from the free credit counseling sessions and debt solution assistance
they obtained from IDS.
One of the IDS clients included in the article was a woman who used her credit cards
to pay for eyecare expenditures not covered by insurance and was overwhelmed by
the debt she created. She contacted IDS for a free credit counseling session and
chose a Debt Management Plan as the solution that was right for her. Nancy Trejos’
articled pointed out that this woman “is now on a debt-management plan that has
brought her monthly payments down to $900 from about $1,300.”
