What happens after signing a debt management program agreement?

After you start an InCharge Debt Solutions Debt Management Program (DMP), your new life of financial stability and freedom from debt-stress will begin! If you enroll online, you can complete much of the necessary process, and then will be required to speak with an InCharge certified credit counselor before activating your DMP. If you called us directly, your InCharge counselor will be able to help you activate your DMP. Once your DMP is activated, you will be given an account number, instructions on how to access your “online client account,” and presented with a toll-free number to client services where you will have access to any information you may need or questions you may have.
