How do I know if my payment was received?

When you enroll in an InCharge Debt Management Program (DMP), you will be given an account number along with instructions on how to get information on your DMP through our online “client services” administration area. Using a simple login and password, you will have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Client Services Center website Of course, you also will be given a toll-free number where you can call an InCharge client services representative for direct information and assistance.
