Etta W. Money
President
As president of InCharge Debt Solutions (IDS), a leading nonprofit credit counseling organization, Etta Money heads a staff
of professionals including more than 125 Certified Credit Counselors and Client
Service Specialists dedicated to delivering personalized debt solutions through
an innovative
in-person,
online and telephone counseling Care Center.
Since joining the organization in 1996, Ms. Money has served in the positions of
executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer. She
also serves as president and chief executive officer of InCharge Institute of America,
Inc.
Prior to joining InCharge, Ms. Money held various executive and management positions
with other organizations, primarily in accounting roles. Among the organizations
she worked for were Freedom Network International, Inc., Riemer Muegge and Associates,
Inc., and Rouse and Associates.
Ms. Money completed the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School Executive Development
Program in Financial Management, and also graduated from Harvard Business School’s
Advanced Management Program. Ms. Money received her B.A. in Political Science and
her B.S. in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Jodi McGregor
Secretary
Jodi McGregor holds the corporate title of Secretary for both InCharge Debt Solutions
(IDS) and InCharge Institute of America, Inc. (ICI). Since 2003, she has served
as General Counsel, providing legal advice and guidance to all ICI affiliated organizations
such as IDS, InCharge Education Foundation, Inc., and InCharge Housing Counseling
Services, Inc.. Ms. McGregor manages a staff of four in her role as in-house counsel.
Ms. McGregor spent her early career with The Plateau Group, Inc., Crossville, Tennessee,
where she was General Counsel. She also served as Assistant General Counsel at American
General Finance, Evansville, Indiana.
Ms. McGregor earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science
from Lycoming College, Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Her law degree was earned at
Boston University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.
William R. Malseed
Treasurer
Bill Malseed serves as a corporate officer in the capacity of treasurer of InCharge
Debt Solutions (IDS). A full-time staff member since 1999, Mr. Malseed is also IDS’
controller, directing a team of more than 15 people and reports directly to the
chief executive officer. His responsibilities currently include all aspects of financial/operational
accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, employee services, and facilities.
With more than thirty years of financial experience, Mr. Malseed devoted 18 of those
years with PHH Corporation, an international provider of cost-effective vehicle
and home-related services to corporations, government agencies, membership organizations,
and consumers. During his tenure with PHH Corporation, he was supervisor of corporate
accounting, manager of financial reporting, and manager of corporate accounting.
His career has also included senior leadership roles with the following companies:
CitiFinancial as accounting director, Alexander & Alexander, and KPMG Peat Marwick
as senior staff accountant.
Mr. Malseed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in
Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been
awarded the Lybrand Accounting Medal for academic achievement and holds professional
affiliations with the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and also
with the Institute of Certified Management.
