InCharge supports effort to help Central Florida homeowners struggling to pay their
mortgages
InCharge Debt Solutions is teaming with Chase Homeownership Center to help homeowners
who are struggling with their mortgage payments in an event scheduled for Saturday,
January 23, 2009. InCharge will provide free housing and credit counseling, in the
program set for 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel, 5780 Major Boulevard,
Orlando, FL 32819.
Chase, which also services heritage EMC and heritage Washington Mutual accounts,
will invite their Central Florida clients who are having difficulties making their
mortgage payments. Attendees will be assisted with a variety of workout solutions
to save their homes and offered free counseling.
If you qualify and are interested in attending this event, you will need to bring
with you the following required documentation:
- Most recent pay stub (past 30 days)
- Most recent tax return and W2’s
- One month’s bank statement (4 months for self employed borrowers)
- Documentation for any other income (for example, rental income or unemployment)
- Proof of property taxes paid
- Proof of insurance paid
- Proof of HOA dues paid (if applicable)
